When you complete the PME certification training, the lecturer will directly issue the PME UK certification after assessing the quality of the work and the technology.
- Real cake bakingIn addition to providing a complete cake recipe, each student can actually practice the baking process, starting with batter making, and each of them can actually make a copy of the cake. Don't panic when you get home without any experience in making recipes.
- Fondant ModelDoll features, hands and feet, body, clothing production, basic explanation of the main points of the head, positioning of the three-court five-eye ratio, eye type portrayal, makeup skills, body to head ratio explanation, the calculation of different height ratio and the relative age.
- Muti-Layer Cake DesignFake cake processing method and attention, a variety of turning sugar decoration skills, round, hexagonal, special shape cake coating method, anti-gravity concept interpretation, scaffolding production.

The three-day intensive shift is from 10 am to 18:00.
